Hello All. I'm Ketia B. (KB) aka PBS (PoeticBrownSuga) the other half of GOLT. I have a youtube channel named KB's Crochet Creations where I do Fresh Off Tha Hook videos of all my crocheted items. I am a mother of 2 teenage boys. I am, also, diabetic and I really need to get that under control.
Recently, Kisha and I were talking about getting our health back on track. Kisha was already way ahead of me. She was working out already and was making a real effort to eat better. I, on the other hand, was not working out, but I was eating much healthier. Through that conversation we decided to do this blog. Kisha will be mostly doing the Blog and I will mostly do the Vlog (link to come soon). Every now and then (like now) we will invade one anothers space. We will account our trials/tribulations, pros/cons, and ups/downs of this journey.
